Philosophy

We strongly believe in agile principles - using pair programming, TDD/BDD/refactoring, quick iterations and constant revision of goals every day. We believe that in order to achieve great results, communication, understanding client problems, gathering constant feedback and acting upon it are just as important as writing beautiful and effective code - so we are trying to excel in both.

We are just negotiating with a designer to bring him on board. Working together with Rubypond mainly on scRUBYt! / data mining / online and social marketing projects. We are also capable of hiring and managing a small team of developers on a per-project basis.
